Positions Available:

• Shoulder Section Butcher - 7 positions (including 1 starting on November 11, if possible)
• Ham Section Butcher - 3 positions
• 6-Part Section Butcher - 3 positions
• Chop/Belly Section Butcher - 4 positions (including 1 starting on December 1)

Candidate Requirements: We are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience in Butchery: Proficiency in meat cutting and handling, with specific skills for shoulder, ham, 6-part, and chop/belly sections.
• Knowledge of Slaughtering Techniques: An understanding of various methods and the ability to apply them effectively.
• English Language Skills: Basic conversational skills to communicate with the team.
• Teamwork & Safety Focus: Ability to work collaboratively while following all safety protocols and procedures.
• Transportation: A car is preferred but not required; transport options may be available through JKS SE.
