About the Workplace
You will be part of a small company with 3-4 employees, where we support each other, know each other well, and take individual needs into account.
The workday typically starts at our company’s location in Thyholm. However, depending on logistics and planning, you may also be picked up from home when practical. We will work out the details as we go.
We prioritize thorough training, so if you have a natural talent for craftsmanship, you will quickly be able to work independently and take on responsibility.
About the Job
As a lead roofer, your work will be varied, alternating between casting and processing lead sheets in our foundry in Thyholm and installing lead roofing on churches across the country.
Approximately half of the time is spent in the foundry, while the other half is on church roofs.
We recognize that every new employee requires training, and we dedicate the necessary time and resources to ensure you receive proper instruction.
